Bulk Copy and Mass Duplicate Functionality for Reports and Sheets

Currently, duplicating workflows across multiple projects is a slow and manual process because Smartsheet only allows for copying one report or one sheet at a time. For users managing large-scale operations with many similar project structures, this one-by-one approach is a significant bottleneck.

Hi @Paul Newcome I have multiple folders representing different cities and I need to create an identical set of reports for each one. I coundnt bulk copy all the reports from one 'Master' folder into the other city folders in one action, rather than duplicating them one by one

Have you tried making a copy of the folder?

I considered that, but my city folders already exist and contain some sheets.I am looking for a way to push just the reports into my existing folder structure without having to manually 'Save as New' for every single report, one by one.

Once you save a copy of the reports folder, you can drag and drop it into the existing city folder.
