Hello Everyone,
I am working with our Controlled Document (CD) Management team and our Functional Training Leads to input all of the Monthly CDs into Smartsheet via Forms, then the CDs map to the Functional Leads dynamic reports where they select the training requirements for the CDs that will be assigned upon release date in the LMS. This process allows us to track the assignments, report on number and time spent on training, and have traceability in the event of an audit. We are working to integrate an AI component that is currently reading and extracting the impacted functions and roles from each CD which when active will map only the CDs applicable to the Functional Leads area simplifying their review and reducing over assignments.
I am so excited about this platform and enhancements we can make as new capabilities are rolled out.
