We’ve enhanced the Forms Manager in the new views (table, board, and timeline) to make form management faster and more seamless, without switching back to legacy views like grid or card.
You can now edit or delete forms, copy form links, access embed codes, and turn forms on or off directly within new views. These updates give you greater control over when and how data is collected, making it easy to pause forms for updates or archival and reactivate them when needed. You can also view each form’s on/off status and submission count directly from the Forms Manager.
These changes, along with additional accessibility improvements, bring the forms experience closer to full parity with legacy views and lay the foundation for future enhancements (such as the ability to duplicate a form, coming soon). Learn More
