It’s 2026, and Community Member Spotlights are back! I’m so excited for you to get to know @Erik Camacho , who was nominated by you, his fellow Community Members, to be recognized this month. We love to see it!
Erik is a Technical Project Manager - Decision Analytics North America at Experian, a global data and technology company, and lives in California. He first met Smartsheet a whole decade ago when he was working at PayPal, and the love has only kept growing.
His favorite feature these days is dashboards, and the flexibility they provide. “I’m especially proud of the dashboards and solutions I’ve built that give leadership clear, real-time visibility into key project metrics and performance,” he says. “They’ve become an important tool for driving informed decision-making and improving alignment across teams.”
Looking ahead, Erik hopes to expand the Smartsheet footprint within his PMO, which he and his team are actively rolling out. “Moving forward, my focus is on scaling Smartsheet adoption and continually improving how we operate through smarter, more streamlined processes.”
As a positive presence in the Smartsheet Community, Erik says he enjoys contributing and doing his part to keep it a valuable place for learning and support.
“What I’ve enjoyed most about being a part of the Community is the genuine enthusiasm people have for the platform and their willingness to share knowledge. It’s a collaborative space where everyone can learn from one another.”
When he’s not cheering on others, or building fantastic dashboards, Erik likes to recharge by being active with his family - whether it’s walking, fishing, biking, or spending time outdoors.
