Hello not sure if anyone has had this issue. My company was acquired and we are in the process of switching our email domain from example. @ABC (old company) to @XYZ (new company). The method we are using is adding @XYZ as and alternate email, then making it the primary.
When I did this and then went into the Calendar App none of the calendars I owned were there, however we could still see them on the Dashboards they were on. So to transfer ownership I switched my primary back to @ABC transferred the calendars to someone who was currently on @XYZ. Then switched my primary back to the new @XYZ and then had them transfer them over to me. Worked great calendars are now back in my ownership on the new domain.
However, we are now having issues with the calendars when opening them.
One of three things can happen
- This error
2. The calendar loads with all the data, however it is no longer showing groupings on the left side. Everything is just showing up on its own. When I go into settings everything is correctly grouped still.
3. The calendar loads correctly.
You pretty much have to reload the calendar/dashboard until you get the correct outcome, which is very time consuming because it can take dashboards a while to load.
Has anyone ran into this or know what I can do?
Update: I have made a new calendar using the same report and setup as the ones I created before and it is doing the same thing. So seems it is not linked to the calendars created on the old account, rather than my account itself.
Thanks in advance
