Are you able to provide a mocked up screenshot for an example? I feel like I undertand what you mean, but I am not sure. If I do, there may be a way to do this already using a stacked bar chart and a little creativity.
Yes! As seen below, we currently manually make the bottom number red or green based on the top number, but we would like the option to set up the bottom number with conditional formatting to automatically change colors based on the top number.
If you set the conditional formatting in your sheet, there is an option when configuring the widget to apply the cell formatting.
