It would be very helpful to have a message letting Admin users who are creating Logic rules in Dynamic View Details Panel saying that you must name the Logic Rule. You can not leave the default "Rule #1" on the rule. It will not allow you to save or add another logic rule until it is renames. I spent a lot of time frustrated until I found the answer to why it wouldn't let me set the logic rules.
