Safe Sharing impacts both Smartsheet object sharing and notifications. We can run a sheet access report to determine which shares violate our intended Safe Sharing rules and proactively work with the owners to adjust them BEFORE implementing Safe Sharing however, we are completely blind when it comes to the email addresses contained in notifications. As we move to tighten our Safe Sharing rules it would be helpful to have a Smartsheet feature, screen/report/etc., where we could list all of the emails used in our notifications so, similar to sheet sharing, we could proactively work with sheet owners to adjust these notifications before our sharing rules break them. Seems like a total "missing" that Smartsheet would implement a feature like Safe Sharing without providing the necessary tools to administer it.
Also, it would be beneficial, if notifications that don't contain sheet elements would be exempt from Safe Sharing rules. We often send submission acknowledgements, i.e., "We have your request" to external submitters that don't contain sheet data and these are being blocked.
