Can someone PLEASE tell me what is going on with my formula?
I'm trying to do a simple index match and it's giving me an error message:
However, I have confirmed that the session codes that I'm matching on are present in the sheet that I'm using to cross reference.
The only thing I could think of as to why it's not working is that the session code on the lookup sheet is an auto-generated number column and the one in the screen shot is a text/number column. But that shouldn't make a difference, should it??
