Uploaded sheet on Teams does not allow switch from grid view to card view (or other views)

Hi fellow Smartsheet users,

I have an issue of changing the table view to card view after uploading the sheet in a Teams chat. On the Smartsheet website, there is an option of switching views to card view or any other views. However, this option is not available on Teams, and we had troubleshoot it for a while and to no avail.

Here's a screenshot of the lack of option to change view on Teams.

Oddly, the sheet that I uploaded a year ago has the function of changing between different views.

Could anyone guide me in solving this issue?

Hello @Randomleeklee,

When sharing a sheet you can set the default view. This sounds like it will help you to accomplish what you are trying to do. You can set the default view to Card view, and even uncheck "Notify People", reshare and everyone should the shared content in Card view.
