How can I exclude one column from an automation that alerts me to changes?

I have an automation set up to alert me when any field changes. I am not the one who does most of the data entry, so I just want to be sure that I stay updated on the changes. However, I utilize a calculation for reporting that shows me the day until an item is due. This field, of course, changes every day. Is there a way to change my automation to exclude that column? Ideally, I would get an alert when any field but that one changes. I don't expect a lot of changes, it is a pretty straight forward project, but I would still like the alert if I can adjust it to exclude this field. Thanks in advance!

Hi @Eric Hall,
Currently, Smartsheet automations cannot exclude a specific column in the trigger block.
But, there are workarounds you can consider :

1) Manually select all columns except the that calculation column in the trigger block as below:
2) You can create a helper column that concatenates the values of the columns you want to monitor and then use that column in the automation trigger.

obviously I have it set to any field change right now, but could not find an option, and have never used, a command to exclude a particular field
