Dynamic View does not allow anyone to change and save specific column

Question

I have a column with a dropdown list. The column is restricted to listed values, and you can select more than one. There is no logic assigned to that column in the dynamic view, and is not listed as required. I've tried disabling the conditional logic on the sheet, and it did not correct the issue.

This is happening to myself, and others shared to the sheet at admin level and below. We are trying to change the field from "Requirements" to "On Hold (Client)".

The column can be edited within the sheet.

The sheet is not large, there are 126 rows. This column is used in several automations.

Thanks for your suggestions, I tried all of them, unfortunately it still doesn't work. 😭 I guess I'll have to contact the pro-desk. I fear that the answer is that there are too many automations associated with that column.

I have had this issue with special characters like the (). Dynamic view can be glitchy with that. Instead of the parenthesis I used a - and it worked after that. Not sure if I got lucky, but see if that could maybe help. But I was also only using single select. I also one time had to remove the column from a dynamic view, save it and then go back and re add it. It's almost like resetting your computer and it magically works again. 😋

After some research I have seen issues with multi select and using dynamic view. Maybe try testing that theory and seeing if that multi select could be a problem. Some have had success with saving after making it a single select, select a value, save and then go back to the sheet and re enable the multi select option again.
