Smartsheet Integration with MS TEAMS

Question

Hello! I have created a collision calendar within Smartsheet Calendar and have it posted in a dashboard format on Smartsheet.  I would like to add it as an app integration into a Microsoft TEAMS site. So, when a member of the TEAMS site goes to it they can easily click at the top beside "shared" or "files" and have a collision calendar view easy to see. However, I tried adding it in, and only people with Smartsheet accounts are able to view it. And even then, they have to sign in each time…

Is there any way to have a public view linked to a TEAMS site where any member of that TEAMS site can easily view the calendar? Or do TEAMS site members also all need Smartsheet accounts?

No this was super helpful thank you! I was able to link the calendar out! I think ideally it would be imbedded into the tab, but this workaround still gets the job done. Thank you!

Ya, I am able to add a "website" icon and pin it to the top of chat ribbon by clicking on the plus at the top. It's a little clunky, but you can rename it Calendar and ultimately get the channel participants to the correct place. Sorry I couldn't help more!

I have tried this method, but found that when I use the + on TEAMS to add a tab - it only let me add a link to the Loop feature or an app, not just a link to a website. Are you able to add just a website on your end?
