Over the past few weeks, I’ve been building an internal Admin Governance & Automation Framework for our Smartsheet environment — focused on visibility, auditability, and operational efficiency.
Manual tracking simply doesn’t scale. So, I designed and implemented a modular, API-driven crawler framework that programmatically crawls our entire Smartsheet ecosystem and get the org level data.
