Networkdays bring back #INVALID DATA TYPE error

Hi, I am trying to get the networkdays from 2 diffrent dates.

Here is my source data. I have the same formule for diffrent type of packet movement.

If I take the formuls out and just type the dates in it works.

It is possible that the column is a Date column put the data might be stored as a text, because of how it came in.

You can quickly check if that is the case by changing the formatting on the column, if it does not update then it is stored as a text not a date

Can you check if your column property is set as Date?

Check the sources and make sure they are set as date type columns. The INDEX function maintains data type, so if the source is only a string that looks like a date, the INDEX function will also pull it through as a string even if the INDEX function is in a date type column.

All columns are set as date type.
