When someone needs to restore an old version of a sheet, they shouldn't have to rely on the sheet owner. Any member should be able to receive a snapshot version.

This is a great idea, but it's important to ensure there's a lock in place to prevent unintended restores. One idea I have is to allow a user who is not the owner to become an admin for that sheet, enabling them to complete this function.

I'm the admin of the sheet and when I requested a snapshot it sent to the owner. Meanwhile, this sheet doesn't have an owner at the moment because it apparently didn't work when I requested to transfer ownership permissions over when the original owner left our company. So now we can't get restored versions. The sheet owner says "Loading" and I'm assuming our snapshot is in no-man's-land.
