While Smartsheet continues to be a critical tool for our teams, the issues we’ve encountered in the Admin Center are beginning to impact efficiency and confidence.
Some of the recurring areas we’ve raised include:
User Stability:
- Users who we delete seem to randomly come back into our user lists. Has this happened to anyone else? Whether we delete or deactivate it seems to happen.
- When deleting or deactivating users, the wrong user gets deleted. This happens often escpecially when using the search bar! I have recorded the phenom happening where the search bar randomly does not work or breaks.
- A related issue with users is the synchronization of adding users and them showing in the Seat Type and True up page hours later. In any other system they would show up right away but there seems to be sync issues occurring all the time now.
Report Inconsistencies: For Seat Type report, the data sometimes is off. Example: The seat type column is blank for some users. Another example is using being active but them showing with 0 activity in the last 90 days.
