DataShuttle Error: "Your workflow maps columns that no longer exist."

Hi all! I'm trying to offload data from a Smartsheet grid to an Excel file on our SharePoint (sadly I need the info to be in Excel in order to integrate the data with other software). Each time I try, I get an error message that says "Your workflow maps columns that no longer exist. Please refresh your mapping to remove the deleted columns."

I've checked repeatedly and the columns all match, so I'm not sure what is going on. Has anyone run into this before? I use Data Shuttle a lot, but usually for ingesting information not offloading it, so I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong.

Have you actually refreshed the mapping? If a column was deleted then another column with the same name inserted, it can mess with mappings for Data Shuttle, Data Mesh, Reports, etc..

Have you tried rebuilding the Data Shuttle from scratch?

Yes, I've refreshed the columns and I also deleted the whole thing and started over. Still the same error message each time. And this would be a new workflow, so there's no way the columns would have changed anyway.

You may need to reach out to Smartsheet. It sounds like there is an issue with the sheet itself.
