Can not find users in Dynamic View

Hi team,

Hope you well!

Now I have a problem in my Smartsheet. My colleague have the free access in Smartsheet, so I can find her in my sheet as below:

But when I want to add her in Dynamic View, there's no options to find her:

Could you help me to resolve this problem? Should I apply another access for her?

Hi @Lucy Gu,

Sometimes it takes time for the sharing filter of Dynamic View (or the user having to open the sheet first) for it to register in the "Shared Users" menu.

Another thing you can try is typing in the email like you have and then just hitting the "enter" key. It should still register their email even if they aren't in the list. Try that and let me know if there are still issues and I can help troubleshoot further!
