PMO Set up - Portfolio / Multiproject Management
Hello Smart Users
I recently started as a Project Management Office Manager at a company which provides stored energy solutions for industrial applications.
I'm about setting up a PMO and would like to connect with you to share thoughts if you were willing.
Any comments will help.
I am not new to Smartsheet... using the tool for few years now for managing projects within EMEA.
The new goal is to get better overview of resource, time lines etc in TOTAL - Portfolio / Multiproject Management.
I will need to create a dashboard on monthly basis with the most importat projects at that stage.
Does enybody have experience with setting up of PMO in Smartsheet and creation of this kind of dashboards?
