Need an indicator on the Manage Seats and Seat Type Report which would show that the user was previously a Provisional Member and therefore can not be provisional again. The current report, manage seats and share only will show that a user is a Viewer - which then begs the question of can this user become a Provisional Member.
Currently, I save the Seat Type Reports and if a user is a Viewer, I review prior seat type reports to see if they were provisional in the past. If they were, then I investigate past usage (# of edits), if they were not - I inform them they can be a provisional user, prior to giving them a Member seat. This is a very time consuming process, yet the data is clearly readily available in the backend as it doesn't allow a prior provisional member to be provisional again.
