Wanted to share that I've had several success stories using Smartsheet as a process tool that is self-contained with high visibility for every point within a process with nearly 0% process leakage.
I use Smartsheet internally for change management engagement tracking, task tracking within a specific engagement, cross functional process synergies between internal operating units, and for other process optimization projects for clients. My process optimization clients and my internal colleagues are very pleased with their new tools because it allows them to maintain process integrity with automations that take away end-user error and a lot of manual touchpoints.
