Hello everyone,
My name is Shannon Hall, and I work in academic operations at a multi-campus community college in Texas. My role focuses on coordinating course materials and textbook adoption processes across multiple campuses, working closely with faculty, department chairs, administrators, publishers, and bookstore partners to support large-scale academic operations.
Smartsheet has become a central tool in how I manage these processes. I use it to build intake forms, approval workflows, cross-campus tracking sheets, reports, and dashboards that help organize textbook adoptions and provide leadership with clear operational visibility. Much of my work involves structuring systems that allow multiple departments to collaborate while keeping the process organized and transparent.
I’m especially interested in using Smartsheet to streamline complex workflows, improve data visibility, and build dashboards that help leadership quickly understand operational metrics.
I’m looking forward to learning from others in the education community and seeing how different institutions are using Smartsheet to support their work.
