Lock button for form

I would like to have a lock button on the form fields so that when using the form for multiple entries that have duplicate information the field can be "locked" so it saves that information for the next entry and it eliminates having to enter duplicate information. We have seen this functionality when using a form to save things in Google Docs and would like to see that come over to Smartsheet
