We pay for 113 licenses. 119 licenses are assigned, so 6 seats will be added this week to "true up". However only 103 users show up in my User Roles and Reports list that I can manage. The missing users would include 10 current members and 6 additional "true up" users.
No users are in a pending state. There are no open invitations. The users have had their licenses for quite a while (not recent changes). There is no filter set on the lists. It has been over 24 hours since I first noticed the missing users.
The one user specifically shows up in the Seat type and true-up list. I noticed that she has her old email address on the account (we rebranded in 2025) and I cannot manage her account from that list. She does not show up in the User Roles and Reports list where I would be able to manage her account like the rest of the users in that list.
Any help resolving this issue would be appreciated.
