I am trying to setup Smartsheet Live Data Connector and integrate my Smartsheet data sources with my Tableau instance. I am able to connect to the Smartsheet Live Data Connecter through the ODBC Driver in Tableau Desktop and publish Smartsheet data sources to my Tableau Cloud server.
The issue arises when trying to execute extract refreshes of my Smartsheet data sources. Each time an extract is scheduled to refresh I receive a failure to refresh message from Tableau saying, "Can't open lib 'Smartsheet Live Data Connector' : file not found Generic ODBC requires additional configuration. The driver and DSN (data source name) must be installed and configured to match the connection. Unable to connect to the server".
What additional configuration is required outside of installing the driver and accessing it through Tableau Desktop? I have read the Live Data Connector documentation on the Smartsheet website and see no other requirements.
