I’m running into a pretty frustrating issue and wanted to see if anyone here has experienced the same thing or found a way around it.
For the past two weeks, I haven’t been able to access or edit any of my projects. Every time I open my workspace, I get a message telling me to upgrade to a paid plan — but the problem is, I’m already a paid user with an active subscription.
I’ve already submitted a support ticket about this roughly two weeks ago, but I haven’t received any response so far. At this point, I’m a bit stuck and unsure what to try next.
Has anyone here dealt with this before?
- Did you find a way to restore access?
- Is this a known billing or account sync issue?
- Is there a faster way to get support to actually respond?
Any insight or workaround would really help. I’m currently paying for a service I can’t use, so I’m trying to figure out the fastest path to fix this.
