I am looking for some examples and advice on how some of you have set up multiyear metrics.
One example of what I am currently working on:
I have Behavioral health completing surveys where a lot of the questions are an best to least answer or 1-5 value to choose. They currently track quarterly and by year for metrics.
So my question is about set up when it comes to the new year that is going to be less maintenance on the admin (which is me, myself and I only) where I don't have to do much but be able to pull metrics per quarter per year, total surveys completed per quarter as well as total surveys completed for the year. Then the next year I would like to be able to add comparisons to the previous years for the quarter metrics and yearly metrics. I essentially want to for metrics be able to show in a graph of some kind the total surveys completed per year, and numerical metrics of the total per quarter surveys completed as well as the percentage survey questions completed (which I already track all this data for one year).
I thought about making it like a 3 year sheet and prepopulate the 3 years on a metric sheet to pull the metrics needed per question, quarters and year. But my fear is that I could potentially run into a sheet limit and not know it as it is not a sheet that I work in only maintain and created for the Behavioral health group.
*Bonus question. If anyone knows of a way- where as an admin we can get notice when a sheet is reaching it's sheet limits. (I do have access to bridge and could potentially work with out IT department to utilize any kind of script builds outside of Smartsheet. I would prefer to keep everyone with in as much as possible but it's it not something that can be done at this time so be it) 😊
