I have been using smartsheet for 5 months. I knew nothing about it until I was hired to build a portfolio, dashboard and migrate excel data into smartsheet as a test case to see if we wanted to use the software for the department. I took the smartsheet university classes until they were no longer applicable to what I was building. I work in the legal/automotive F&I industry and am a post grad student of gen AI. I use Claude for formulas and organizing workflows to build our workspace. Claude gets the formulas wrong sometimes, so I paste Claude's formulas into SS AI to fix it and it works 100% of the time. I will also use our enterprise ChatGPT account to supplement questions that are not formula related. I hope to see the AI feature get a little more robust so that others will not need 3 separate platforms to build a workspace with little experience.
