One of our clients is getting an error when logging into Smartsheet: "Access to your account is blocked due to a billing issue. Please submit a ticket."
-When we try to submit a ticket, it doesn't go through.
-When we try to contact support from the website, it always asks us to sign in, which we can't do since the account is blocked.
-Tried calling 844-324-2360, but it directs us to find the number from within the account, which we can't access.
Password reset is also not working.
Is there any way to contact them and resolve this?
