I recently started a trial of Data Shuttle for our company and am applying it to a specific use case. Currently, it’s configured to extract data from Excel template files attached to a landing grid (submitted via Form) and load that data into another grid. This works well when submissions come in one at a time. However, when multiple Excel templates are submitted in close succession, only the most recent file appears to be processed.
I’ve tried configuring the workflow to look for a specifically named file (rather than “most recent”), but the issue persists. Has anyone encountered this behavior or found a reliable way to ensure all submitted files are processed? Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated.
