Hi all,
I’m facing a rather odd issue and wanted to check if anyone has experienced something similar.
For about a month now, we have several users who are still present in User Roles and Reports and appear as Active, but have lost their Member status.
The problem is:
- I cannot reassign them as Members from User Roles and Reports
- The system forces me to grant them Admin first, and even then it usually fails with a “Something went wrong” error
- I’ve also tried using Bulk Update Basic Permissions, but it doesn’t work either
Additional context:
- These users do not appear in “Seat types and true-up”
- However, if I try to add them again as new users, I get an error saying they already exist
- We have available capacity (78 Member seats, currently only ~60 in use), so this doesn’t seem to be a licensing limitation
So effectively, these users are in a “limbo” state:
- They exist and are Active
- But cannot be assigned a Member role
- And cannot be re-created
Has anyone encountered this before or found a way to resolve it?
