Hello! This is my first post in the Smartsheet Community - thanks in advance for any help.
Problem: I’ve created two Dynamic Views that consolidate data from multiple systems into Smartsheet. Each row represents a unique SKU, and stakeholders need to search by SKU to view multiple status columns coming from different source systems.
In Grid/Table View, search (or Ctrl + F) works as expected. However, once I moved to Dynamic Views, I’m no longer able to search for specific SKUs. Each Dynamic View contains ~13k and ~9k rows, so search is critical for stakeholder usability.
As a workaround, we could create separate sheets sourced from the same dataset with columns locked, allowing stakeholders to search and view only. However, this isn’t ideal since users would still need to be shared to the workspace or underlying sheets - unless a WorkApp would fully resolve that.
Question: Is there a way to enable search in Dynamic View for large datasets, or any recommended workaround I’m missing?
