Hi,
I am currently building out a high-volume project management system using Smartsheet Control Center (SCC) and WorkApps. I'm worried about limits as our portfolio grows.
The Setup:
- I am provisioning individual projects via SCC.
- Each project has its own set of sheets, reports and Dashboards (Project Plan, Tracker, etc.), over 10 projects.
- At any moment, we have between concurrent 60 - 90 projects.
- I'm currently setting up Portfolio WorkApp to oversee everything.
- I will, of course, archive finished projects.
The Question: I’ve read that WorkApps have a limit (250 pages?) (sheets/reports/dashboards). If I am provisioning 60 - 90 projects, it seems like I will hit this limit very quickly.
- Does the 250-page limit apply to the entire account or just a single WorkApp?
- Are there any performance issues I should be aware of when a Portfolio WorkApp references hundreds of individual project folders via reports?
I want to make sure I don't build a system that breaks once we hit our 100th or 200th project. Any advice on "Future-Proofing" this architecture would be greatly appreciated!
