Hello, all. I'm frustrated with the support team at Smartsheet as no one has responded to my requests for help. I reconfigured my blueprint by removing several superfluous templates, updating a few existing templates, and adding one new template. Now I can't get the blueprint to update. I made sure the summary and navigation links are consistent, the appropriate fields exist in the intake and summary sheets, and the metadata sheet includes the information that feeds across everything. What am I doing wrong? I've successfully updated the blueprint before to add and remove templates, created optional documents, and made changes to the nav section. The error message is unhelpful as it doesn't tell me what's blocking the update.
- How do I get rid of the groups in the blueprint? We streamlined the process and are now using the same set of templates regardless of project complexity (no more optional docs).
- How do I deselect documents that no longer exist in the project template folder (the step asks me to confirm the new and removed docs, which I say yes, but then the docs are still in the list).
- The help articles all say to NEVER TOUCH THE CONFIG SHEET, but I don't even know where the config sheet exists, let alone how to access it.
- How do I get Support to respond?!? 😓
