Right now, when exporting a report (Excel, PDF, or Print) in Smartsheet, it doesn’t reliably show all the source sheet names. If a report pulls from multiple sheets, the export often only shows the first sheet name, which makes it hard to tell where rows are actually coming from.
For teams using reports to combine multiple projects or workflows, this creates a lot of confusion—especially when sharing exports with leadership or clients.
Would love to see:
- A reliable “Source Sheet Name” field that always exports correctly
- Consistent behavior across Excel, PDF, and Print
- (Bonus) Option to split exports by sheet (like separate tabs in Excel)
Right now the only workaround is adding a manual column in every sheet, which isn’t ideal.
