Connect Phases in Sheet to RM

I am trying to set up Phases in our sheets to connect with RM. I have created a sheet template with the "phase' column with the phases I've indicated in the RM set up.

When i go to connect the sheet with RM, the phases don't populate.

I've used Cluade (ai) to walk me through and verify the set up process, and it ran into a wall.

Could anyone help suggest why?

You may want to review your Blueprint settings in Smartsheet Control Center to ensure RM has been set properly:

and make sure your Project Plan sheet (in configured Blueprint) had a Phase column:
