Feature Request: Surface Proof Comments to the Conversation Panel
Problem
Proof comments are difficult to discover. Currently, the only way to identify whether a proof contains comments is to manually click through every version of every proof or search the Activity Log. Proof comments do not appear in the Conversation panel or anywhere directly on the sheet.
Why This Matters
This creates a high risk that feedback will go unnoticed. If a user leaves a proof comment without tagging someone on the sheet, there is no visible indicator that the comment exists. As a result, critical feedback can be missed during reviews, causing rework and delays.
Suggested Improvement
Display proof comments in the Conversation panel. This allows them to appear alongside other discussions, and they can be pulled to the sheet using the "latest comment" column, which can then drive automations and conditional formatting based on comment activity.
Value
This would improve visibility of feedback, reduce missed comments during review cycles, and improve trust and usability of proofs as a collaboration tool within Smartsheet.
