Feature Request: User History for “Review Complete” Toggle in Proofs
Please add user-level attribution for the “Review Complete” toggle in proofs.
Currently, Proof Info columns behave like automation fields, meaning all cell history is attributed to the user who added the proof columns to the sheet. As a result, there is no way to verify which user actually clicked “Review Complete" on a proof.
While many Proof Info fields do not require detailed user tracking, this toggle is different. Marking a review as complete closes the proof for all collaborators. In workflows involving multiple reviewers, editors, or admins, teams need to know exactly who finalized the review to ensure accountability and prevent accidental or premature closure.
Enabling cell history to reflect the actual user who triggered the Review Complete action would provide critical transparency, improving accountability and auditability, reducing errors caused by unintended actions, and increasing confidence in proof review and approval workflows.
