Portfolios is a new project and portfolio management capability that gives teams an intuitive, out-of-the-box way to manage related projects from intake to reporting. It is designed for team leads and project managers running team or department-level initiatives like product launches, employee onboarding, IT ticketing or standing up a new PMO.
Every new Portfolio comes ready to go with an intake form, project list, standard template and portfolio dashboard so you can start managing work from day one.
Portfolios includes:
- Project list: manage your projects from one centralized place
- Project templates: projects starts with a standardized structure and set of deliverables
- Automated provisioning: set requests to ‘active’ to quickly launch new project plans
- Project rollup: track health and progress across projects to prioritize the right work and keep stakeholders informed
We are also introducing list view! Built specifically for Portfolios, list view gives you more control over how you organize, find, and act on your projects.
