Looking for some help today to figure out how to correct time zone differences with dates. I have set up an Automation workflow to remove future dates in schedules and send notifications to the PMs. This would prevent future dates being collected in reports and dashboards. The settings for the Owner account/Owner of sheets are set to (GMT-4) US/Eastern, however users in other time zones at times will enter a date and get the Future date not allowed notification. For example, users in Australia when entering dates that are correct for their time zone will get the notification the date is in the future and it is removed from the schedule. My next step is to try changing the Time zone of the Owner account, however I feel it will only happen to a user in another time zone.
If anyone has had similar issues and found a way, please share.
