Can't download assets

Question

I'm trying to get started but every link to download assets logs me in Smartsheet but doesn't download anything.

I can download the assets using the direct links provided in this discussion however.

It look like it opens the NA links though I'm in the EU region..

Yes, session 2 is the first document you will need.
