Is anyone having issues downloading the assets for the "Building Reports & Dashboards (Self-Paced) course?

I am trying to complete the "Building Reports & Dashboards (Self-Paced)" Smartsheet course, but am unable to download the assets required. under the "Introduction" video, within the Summary section, there is a link to download the assets. However, when I click on the link it takes me to a new tab but fails to load a sheet, instead I receive the following error message:

"Unable to copy the specified sheet(s) due to an unspecified error."

Thanks Alyson. I was able to figure out my issue; which was exceeding a sheet limit due to my smartsheet trial account. I was able to download the assets for the 4th builder course after deleting workspaces from previously downloaded assets for builder courese 1-3.

Here are some additional guidelines to help you in using the training assets:

* You will need to be logged into Smartsheet as a liscensed user (the distribution link helps you to build new Sheets, Reports and Dashboards, and you will need a supported license to take ownership of the items).
* For optimal experience please ensure that you are using one of these two browser options:* Chrome
* Firefox

Our other experiences with this error occured due to the individual not being connected to Smartsheet as a Licensed Member but rather they were included in their organizations roster as a free user. Please check with your System Admin to confirm your license status. If you are licensed and still experiencing this issue please let us know.
