Deleting sheet in Workspace should delete it in Workapps Navigation too

Current behaviour in WorkApps: Sheet deleted directly in Workspace still appears in WorkApps page navigation as a "Dead Link" (image below)

Expected behaviour: The Workapp should no longer show the sheet on the Navigation panel

Workaround: Hiding this sheet on the Workapp Portfolio / Blueprint level. This is problematic as other clients need this sheet and it's currently hidden for all of them.

Steps to recreate:

I provision projects with certain sheets according to project scope - for one client I accidentally added a sheet that shouldn't have been added. I am using Control Center with an Optional Table configuration (I checked a wrong sheet when provisioning).
I deleted the sheet directly in the Workspace
In WorkApp the icon and sheet name still show, and when I click on it I get a message saying it "may have been deleted".
