Hi looking for help, ideally from Smartsheet support who are seemingly incredibly elusive, or from anyone else who can point me in the direction of getting a resolution to my issue.
I upgraded to pro in April, but still my sheets are veiw onyl. I've chatted with the AI bot and followed all the suggestions of deleting my cache etc, trying different browsers..
So submitted a support ticket on 13th April and despite me chasing up and trying to get a response, I am still waiting. I cannot call anyone as the only telephone numbers I can find provide recorded messages. There is no telephone number on my payment receipt.
I've used Smartsheet in another business for 12 years now and have recommended it to so many people over the years, and have always loved the product, but currently I am feeling no love, so can somone from the techical team please respond, my ticket number is
