My fx is not working

Not so formula savvy

I am trying to use a previous fx but plugging in different values and it just isn't working?

Need help to create fx with the following values:

If Requestor Status = "Submitted"

And, Purpose = "Evaluation"

And, NPR Completion Date = to 2026, 01, 01 and forward…

Give something like this a try…

=IF(AND([Requestor Status]@row = "Submitted", Purpose@row = "Evaluation", IFERROR(YEAR([NPR Completion Date]@row), 0) >= 2026), "output if all are true")

The above assumes that the criteria for the [NPR Completion Date] column is any date greater than or equal to 1 January 2026. If i misunderstood that critera, let me know, and I will be happy to adjust accordingly.

one more piece to the fx needed:

And NPR Completion Status Check = "Yes"

this is currently a column with a formula that generates the YES.

Is this doable to add to the fx you provided?

You would just add one more set to the AND function.

=IF(AND([Requestor Status]@row = "Submitted", Purpose@row = "Evaluation", IFERROR(YEAR([NPR Completion Date]@row), 0) >= 2026, [NPR Completion Status]@row = "Yes"), "output if all are true")

Sorry, I couldn't see Paul's response when I first responded, so he may have solved your question. My original comment was: What action are you wanting it to do? If it's just to notify you or someone else if it meets criteria, an automation may be better suited that a formula. Let me know and I will try to help.

ahhhh nvr mind…i used "completion" and not "completed"….its been a long day and I should know better than trying to arm wrestle w/formulas at this hour…LOL…thanks Paul..you are the best!!!! 😄
