I lead an Enterprise PMO supporting Digital and IT delivery and am a Scaled Agile Advanced Practice Consultant.
I use agile practices to lead my team, manage our work, and set clear expectations with management.
I am currently looking at how to embed more agile ways of working into our Smartsheet templates, particularly to better align delivery practices with our reporting and governance.
We still use Jira to manage our backlog and sprints. I am considering setting up the Jira connector to bring stories into Smartsheet and include them in our schedules for tracking and visibility.
I would be keen to hear what has worked well for others:
- Templates that support agile delivery within a PPM tool
- Reporting or dashboard approaches that give meaningful visibility without creating duplication
- How you have integrated Jira with Smartsheet (or similar tools) in a practical way
