Insert Below Keybind (and/or the ability to customize Keybinds)

Hi! Been using Smartsheet for about two months now, just had an idea for a QoL feature I'd like - I'd love it if "Insert Below" could have a dedicated keybind like Shift+Insert or something similar. Or just the ability to specify my own keybinds in my user preferences. I don't really want to install something like AutoHotkey, and even if I did "Insert Below" doesn't have a keybind that I could rebind using AutoHotkey.
