We have discovered that some of our sheet filters no longer work when using the Smartsheet app. At first, this was noticed on iPads. It worked fine on iPhone and Android devices. Now, it no longer is working on either of those types of mobile devices. Works perfectly fine from a browser. The only common thread between the ones that are not working on the app is that they are filtering on the value in a Contact List column.
I have a case open with Smartsheet Support on this but has anyone else experienced this phenomenon? Any suggestions on what might be causing this? I've even deleted and recreated the filters to no avail. Still work fine on browser but not in the app. All other filters on this sheet that filter on other columns, work perfectly fine on all platforms.
