At my new job I recently started a Pro plan, which was paid for the entire year. But a couple weeks later it turned out the company has a Business plan, which I should have been added to. I've submitted a ticket to SmS Support, but like many others here, heard nothing. Smartsheet support was not great even when I previously worked under Business with Premium support, but for the Pro plan it apparently just doesn't exist…
Leaving frustration aside, does anyone have experience with moving accounts from one plan to another (already existing) plan? Both my Pro plan and the organization's Business plan use our work emails with the same domain name, if that matters. I'm trying to figure out what steps to take and who should do what.
The only Smartsheet help article on consolidating accounts applies only to the legacy model and not the user subscription model, how convenient 🤐🤦♀️
